✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition & packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used personal care or pet supplement products (for hygiene/safety reasons)

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [Insert your email] with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but helpful!)

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or product?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

We’re so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number
